SST Taxes and Charges Template

(A) Update Item Tax for Items

1. Before creating the new Taxes and Charges template for SST, item master data Item Tax would be pre-determined. 

2. There are a few types of approaches to allocate the Item Taxes

      a) If a new Finished Goods item is created, set the new Item tax data in the Item Master when the sales tax is                            applicable.

                   

     b) If using an existing Finished Goods item, remove the former item tax data and replace it with the new tax into the               Item Tax.

                     

     c) For Traded Goods or other items (new and existing), please remove all tax data in the Item Master because                           these items are non-taxable
